
Ceremonies may be held in our outdoor chapel that accommodates 200 people. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, there are numerous settings for your reception & bridal photographs.

CEREMONY FEE INCLUDES:
Use of grounds and chapel from 9:00am -1:00pm
All guests must be off the grounds by 1:00pm
Use of bar upper bar area & washroom facilities
Rehearsal (30 minutes only) must be scheduled in advance
MENUS
Oakview Terrace is known for its excellent cuisine & service. We have a wide selection of platters, hors d’oeuvres & beverages services and we will be pleased to customize any of them to your individual needs. Please note that Health Code Regulations do not allow any outside food of any kind to be brought in excluding Wedding Cakes.

CONSULTANTS/CAKES/FLORIST
Oakview Terrace can provide experienced consultants to assist in all arrangements. We can assist you with every detail, Oakview Terrace Referral listings are enclosed in our Packages.
LIABILITIES
Any damages incurred beyond normal wear and tear, becomes the responsibility of the organizer. We are not responsible for any articles left in the building.
Use of confetti, rice, fireworks or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited both indoors & outdoors. Flower petals restricted, artificial petals & bubbles allowed inside the chapel only. All decorations involving candles must be approved by our co-ordinators.
OBLIGATIONS
Bridal Party and all guests must be off the premises by 1:00pm. All personal items, chapel floral arrangements and decorations must also be removed by 1:00pm.
DEPOSITS & FEE SCHEDULE
A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 dollars and a signed completed Reservation Request is required to confirm the date. The final menu selections, time schedule and the approximate number of guests are due 3 months prior to your event. Final invoice is based on confirmation numbers and is due 14 days prior to the date, no refunds are permitted after 14 days. Payments can be made to Oakview Terrace by cheque, cash, Visa and Mastercard.
