Ceremonies may be held in our outdoor chapel that accommodates 200 people. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, there are numerous settings for your reception & bridal photographs.

Service Fee:
$650 (own Minister) $850 (with our minister) plus applicable taxes.
*Ceremony includes rehearsal (30 minutes) must be scheduled in advance.

DINING FACILITY
Our dining room, with cathedral ceiling & fireplace, can comfortably seat 200 people.
White tablecloths & an assortment of coloured napkins are provided, as well as a podium, microphone & P.A. system. The bar provides standard wine, beer & spirits, customized brands & specialty wines are available upon request. *additional fee will apply.

Chair covers are available, white or ivory - $3.50/cover, Specialty linens also available.
Our Bridal room is complimentary for the bridal parties.
Main Hall Access (decoration):10:00am, Chapel & Grounds: 1:00pm -1:00am

We require a minimum of 125 persons for reserving a Saturday date, minimum of 100 persons on Fridays & Sundays. If less than the minimum an adjustment fee of $35.00 per person will apply. A discount & minimum requirement reduction applies if booking off season month-. January, February, March, April & November, Chapel heating available.

MENUS
Oakview Terrace is known for its excellent cuisine & service. We have a wide selection of menus and we will be pleased to customize one of them to your individual needs. We accommodate Children’s menu, Vegetarians & allergy requests with advance notice (one selection each).
Trial meals are available at our Holiday Buffets; a $25.00 fee will apply.
* Health Code regulations do not allow any outside food to be brought in, excluding wedding cakes.

CONSULTANTS/DISC JOCKEY/MINISTER/CAKES/FLORIST/HOTEL SERVICES
Oakview Terrace can provide experienced consultants to assist in all your arrangements.
We can assist you with every detail, Oakview referral listings is enclosed in our Package.

LIABILITIES
Any damages incurred beyond normal wear and tear, becomes the responsibility of the organizer. We are not responsible for any articles left in the building after the completion of your event.

D.J./Music guidelines – Music to end at 1:00a.m, after 1am, a fee of $500.00/hour applies.
Use of confetti, rice, streamers, fireworks or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited both indoors & outdoors. Flower petals restricted, artificial petals & bubbles are allowed in the chapel only. All decorations involving candles must be approved by our co-ordinators.

DEPOSITS & FEE SCHEDULE
A non-refundable fee of $1000.00 is required to confirm your reservation, subsequent deposits are determined based on anticipated charges; all deposits made are non-refundable.
Outstanding scheduled payments & balances due past 15 days are subject to late penalty fees of $25.00/day.
The final menu selection with approximate number of guests is made three months prior to your event.
Final invoice is based on confirmed numbers and is due 14 days prior to the date, no refunds are permitted after 14 days.
With all host bars a valid credit card number is required to be on file for final balances. Payment can be made to Oakview Terrace by cash, cheque, Visa and MasterCard.
