Oakview Terrace is known for its excellent cuisine & service. We have a wide selection of platters, hors d’oeuvres & beverages services and we will be pleased to customize any of them to your individual needs. Please note that Health Code Regulations do not allow any outside food of any kind to be brought in excluding Wedding Cakes. *Cake cutting fee: $2.50/person

Any damages incurred beyond normal wear and tear, becomes the responsibility of the organizer. We are not responsible for any articles left in the building.
Use of confetti, rice, fireworks or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited both indoors & outdoors. Flower petals restricted, artificial petals & bubbles allowed inside the chapel only.
All decorations involving candles must be approved by our co-ordinators.
Bridal Party and all guests must be off the premises by 12:30pm. All personal items, chapel floral arrangements and decorations must also be removed by 12:30pm.
Deposits & Fee Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 dollars and a signed completed Reservation Request is required to confirm the date. The final menu selections, time schedule and the approximate number of guests are due 3 months prior to your event. Final invoice is based on confirmation numbers and is due 14 days prior to the date, no refunds are permitted after 14 days.
Payments can be made to Oakview Terrace by cheque, cash, Visa and Mastercard.

Our dining room, with cathedral ceiling & fireplace, can comfortably seat 200 people.
White tablecloths & assortment of coloured napkins are provided, as well as a podium, microphone & P.A. system. We are a fully licensed facility, our bar provides standard wine, beer & spirits, customized brands & specialty wines are available upon request. .* Please review Bar Rules &Guidelines.
Chair covers & Specialty linens are available, ( fees will apply).
Our Bridal room is complimentary for the bridal parties.
Main Hall Access (decoration): 10:00am, Bridal Room, Chapel & Grounds: 1:00pm -1:00am
We require a minimum of 125 persons for reserving a Saturday date. A minimum of 100 persons is required on Fridays & Sunday dates, if less than the minimum an adjustment fee of $35.00 per person will apply. A discount & minimum requirement reduction applies if booking off season month - March, April & November, chapel heating available.
Special offer $1000.00 credit will apply to Friday & Sunday Wedding dates booked (excluding cocktail, luncheon, brunch menus & holidays), a minimum 100 persons required.
Oakview Terrace is known for its excellent cuisine & service. We have a wide selection of menus and we will be pleased to customize one of them to your individual needs. We accommodate Children’s menu, Vegetarians & allergy requests with advance notice (one selection each).
Trial meals are available on specific dates and a $30.00 fee will apply.

A non-refundable booking fee of $1000.00 is required to confirm your reservation, subsequent deposits are determined based on anticipated charges; all deposits made are non-refundable. Outstanding scheduled payments & balances due past 15 days are subject to late penalty fees of $25.00/day. The final menu selection with approximate number of guests is made three months prior to your event. Final invoice is based on confirmed numbers and is due 14 days prior to the date, no refunds are permitted after 14 days. With all host bars a valid credit card number is required to be on file for final balances. Payment can be made to Oakview Terrace by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard. All credit card payment/deposit transactions must be approved via email or fax with signed authorization form. DUE TO DEMAND, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO RESERVE A DATE WITH A COMPLETED RESERVATION FORM & $1000.00 BOOKING FEE.

Oakview Terrace offers elegance & charm to any event. We provide a range of services, our exclusive dining room with its cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and view of our private lake is the perfect setting to host your next event.
Timelines: Breakfast finish 11am, Brunch finish 3pm, Luncheon finish 5pm, Dinner finish 12pm (time extensions can be made, additional fee will apply)
All functions must include in house food & beverage service. ($1500 minimum).
Our facility rental includes white linen tablecloths & choice of coloured napkins, Speaker podium &Wireless microphone. Additional AV Equipment rental is available upon request.
When you book your event at Oakview Terrace you have exclusive use of all the facilities during your visit. Conveniently located in Richmond Hill just 15 minutes north of the 401 (off the 404). We provide a relaxed atmosphere, flowered garden terraces and view of our private lake as the backdrop to your event.
Our menus have been conveniently packaged to allow you flexibility in providing your guests with the widest variety of choices while maintaining costs effectively. Our consultants will work with you to help plan your event, customize your menu and ensure that you have a memorable stay while at Oakview Terrace. Due to health regulations no outside food/catering is permitted. (excluding approved event specialty cake)
Oakview Terrace has unlimited free parking, we also accommodate coach parking and we are fully wheel chair accessible. Any damages incurred beyond normal wear & tear, becomes the full responsibility of the organizer. We are not responsible for any lost articles left in the building after the completion of your event. Please review Checklist & Guidelines for decor & room setup restrictions.
A $1000.00 deposit is required to reserve your date. Final numbers must be submitted 10 business days prior to the function. The balance of the total amount for the event & Floor plan are due 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR. Due to demand, we cannot hold a date without a deposit.
