At Oakview Terrace, wedding ceremonies may be held in our outdoor chapel, which can accommodate up to 180 guests.

 

Photographs
Surrounded by our beautiful gardens and private lake, there are numerous settings for your reception & bridal photographs.

 

Dining facilities
Our dining room, with cathedral ceiling and fireplace, can comfortably seat up to 180 people. We provide a podium and microphone as well as table skirting, white table cloths and coloured linen selections for the dining room tables.

Receptions & Meetings

Oakview Terrace lends elegance and charm to any corporate event.  Our exclusive dining room with its cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and view of our private lake is the perfect setting to host your next corporate event.  We provide a range of services for events such as: Welcome & Garden Receptions, Bridal/Baby Showers, Award Dinners, Annual General Meetings, Gala Evenings, Fund Raisers, Auctions, Team Building Events, and Product Launches.

When you book your corporate event at Oakview Terrace we guarantee you have exclusive use of all the facilities during your visit.  Conveniently located in Richmond Hill just 15 minutes north of the 401 (off the 404) we provide a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere, acres of gardens and a view of our private lake as the backdrop to your next corporate event.

Our menus have been conveniently packaged to allow you flexibility in providing your guests with the widest variety of choices while maintaining costs effectively.  Our consultants will work with you to help plan your event, customize your menu and ensure that you have a memorable stay while at Oakview Terrace.

Parking & Accessibility
At Oakview Terrace, there is unlimited free parking for up to 180 guests.  We also accommodate coach parking and are wheel chair accessible.
 
Deposit and Fee Schedule

A $1000.00 deposit is required to reserve your function date.  Final numbers must be submitted ten (10) days prior to the function with the confirmation sheet and floor plan. The balance of the total amount for the event, including all applicable taxes and gratuities is due five (5) days prior to the date of the event.  Premium rates apply for premium dates.  Due to demand, we cannot hold a date without a deposit.
